Made-to-Order Production
Most Bergamo Design hardware is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of your order for production and quality inspection before dispatch. We’ll keep you informed as your order progresses.
Australia Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow approximately 4–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves us.
International Delivery
International shipping is available to selected countries enabled at checkout. International shipping is charged at A$30. Once dispatched, international delivery generally takes approximately 9–30 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

- Australia — under A$249: Express delivery — A$19.99
- Australia — A$249 and above: Free Delivery
- Selected international destinations: A$30 international shipping
Handling Time
After production is complete, please allow approximately 1–2 business days for packing and dispatch preparation.
Order Changes & Cancellations
As many items are made to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Any cancellation or return is subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
