The sample fee is fully refundable when the items are returned in the same condition you received them.
Bergamo Design door hardware must be installed by a licensed tradesperson, in line with Australian building regulations.
Our Doorware range is designed for new installations, and all handles are made to order — production begins once your order is placed, and each piece is manufactured specifically for you. If you plan to fit Bergamo hardware to existing doors, please contact our team before ordering so we can advise on compatibility.
We recommend you do not drill, cut, or prepare doors until you have the hardware in hand. Minor variations between published specifications and the actual product can occur, and your tradesperson should measure against the piece itself.
