Our Martello Piatto Door Lever frames a hand-hammered centre between two smooth polished sections, holding the texture as a contained detail rather than letting it run the full length. Finished in Aged Brass, the lever carries a warm, unlacquered patina that deepens over time — the hammered middle picking up richer tones in its recesses while the smooth ends age into a softer, lived-in glow.
Every set includes two door levers and all required mounting hardware.
